1 - Never used 30 X 80 solid (heavy) door.  Hardware ready.  Asking $40.
1 - VERY old Victorian era serving table.  Owner notes it is well over 100 years old.  Lift top is warped.  
Hardware looks good. In great shape outside of the warped top.  Make offer.
