needed, eggs, glass bowl, flexible teflon or rubber spatula. mix eggs with a little water (less than 1/3 volume of eggs) using fork or whisk. microwave 1 minute or so. free solidified eggs from glass sides with spatula making sure runny part gets to glass. rewave in 20-60 second increments, each time getting runny part from the center to the side of bowl. result: fluffy omelette without vigorous beating.
