fluffy omelette

needed, eggs, glass bowl, flexible teflon or rubber spatula. mix eggs with a little water (less than 1/3 volume of eggs) using fork or whisk. microwave 1 minute or so. free solidified eggs from glass sides with spatula making sure runny part gets to glass. rewave in 20-60 second increments, each time getting runny part from the center to the side of bowl. result: fluffy omelette without vigorous beating. 
the above is for 3 egg omelette, to scale up, i.e., more eggs increase time interval of microwaving.

Very Interesting. When do you add ingredients? -and do you finish it off in the same bowl?
What i do is use a hand mixer at high speed with a little milk to get it fluffy.
I have never tried it in a microwave.
