RE/MAX Shoreline Property Management provides owners with a variety of services. These include long-term property management, tenant placement, credit reports and consultation.

We currently manage over 70 'doors' that range from apartment buildings, single family dwellings and compounds to commercial and industrial rentals. We advertise for, interview, qualify and place prospective tenants, collect monthly rent, generate monthly statements, take care of any maintenance issues and will even file eviction documents and appear in court for our clients.
We have been in the property management business (long-term and vacation rental) since 1989. Our offices are on Hwy 1 directly across from the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens.
