Vote on cannabis for 2014

Here is the early beginnings of the movement to legalize Cannabis in California. Oct 1 marks the beginning of the signature gathering to make it on the Ballot for 2014.

With the latest news from the feds that they won't bust the legal businesses in Colorado and Washington, it seems the ball has FINALLY swung to towards federal legalization.
It is a baby step to be sure, but is a solid move in a positive direction.

I'm confident that this will easily get 75,000 signatures and will get voter approval.  
Full legalization both here in Cali and nationwide has become a real possibility.   

The final straw will be when the fed removes it from schedule one. That will be that.
