Mendocino Stories & Music Series will present “Folk Rock with Soul” featuring Marcus McCallen along with bassist Johnny Bush. The music starts at 7:30PM on Friday, August 2 at the Mendocino Hotel.
Come on out for an evening of original songs and select covers done in homegrown Mendocino Style by two seasoned pros with a taste for rhythm, harmony, and FUN! Marcus McCallen brings with him an irresistible blend of folk, rock, country and blues. On bass and vocals, Johnny Bush, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer and audio engineer adds some tasty flavor.

Mendocino Stories and Music Series in cooperation with BOB Presents proudly announces BeatleFest 2013 – a celebration of the music and times of The Beatles. Two nights, same great show at the Hill House of Mendocino on Friday and Saturday, August 16 & 17. Music starts at 7:30PM.
This extraordinary concert features over 20 musical artists performing 44 Beatles songs. Dance, listen and groove to what promises to be memorable evening of performances. This musical extravaganza will be performed in three sets, beginning with solo acoustic numbers and progressing to a final, all electric dance set.

Mendocino Stories & Music Series is pleased to announce the return of Tracy Burns and her signature brand of improvised comedy on Friday and Saturday, August 23 & 24. This improv show will be open and loose with very little structure, improvising scenes that weave in and out of each other. The shows start at 8:00PM at the Hill House of Mendocino.
Tracy Burns - former Mendonesian, Hit and Run alumnus, now lives in L.A., teaches improv and acting at Pixar and Dreamworks, as well as performing and teaching with many improv groups in the U.S. and Europe. Tracy will be joined by her husband, Allen Simpson - composer, songwriter, improv accompanist. Also on stage with Tracy, special guest David Razowsky - brilliant improviser, performer and teacher who has worked with many comedy luminaries including Steve Carrell and Stephen Colbert.
